Eric is one of Silver Spring Networks’ co-founders, and has more than 15 years of experience in developing critical infrastructure networks to address utilities and cities most pressing challenges. Eric has been instrumental to the growth of the company and currently leads the company’s global development, where he meets with heads of government and energy industry the world over on the development of all types of smart grid and city applications.
Eric has held various leadership roles in customer development, new product development and product introductions. He has served on the board of directors of the Smart Grid Consumer Collaborative (SGCC), Demand Response and Smart Grid (DRSG) Coalition and the Automatic Meter Reading Association’s (AMRA) Marketing and Development Committee. He was also the founding member of OpenAMI. Eric previously spent 9 years at Procter & Gamble in various sales and marketing roles. He holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
