Daniel J. Oginsky is Executive Vice President, U.S. Regulated Grid Development for ITC Holdings Corp. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s growth and expansion through new investments in regulated electric transmission infrastructure across the United States. Immediately prior to this appointment, Mr. Oginsky was Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and had served as the ITC’s general counsel since he joined the company in 2004. As general counsel, Mr. Oginsky helped lead the company through its initial public offering, acquisitions of Michigan Electric Transmission Company, LLC and ITC Midwest, LLC, and initiation of its business development efforts in Kansas and Oklahoma. He also led a legal department team that advised and supported business efforts across the company, including transactional, business development, and regulatory initiatives, and managed the company’s corporate compliance program, real estate function, and other corporate functions. Prior to joining ITC, Mr. Oginsky practiced energy regulatory law at the federal and state level at law firms in Washington, D.C. and Lansing, Michigan.

Mr. Oginsky serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Belle Tire, Inc., a tire and wheel retailer headquartered in Allen Park, Michigan. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Hero Town, U.S.A., a non-profit organization based in his hometown of Flint, Michigan, and the Board of Visitors for James Madison College at Michigan State University.
