Mark Madden is the Regional Vice President for North American Utilities where he is responsible for business development and market strategy in Alcatel-Lucent’s North American utility markets. Mr. Madden joined Alcatel-Lucent in 1996, is a Board Member of the UTC’s Smart Networks Council, and has over 30 years experience with leading companies in the Information and Communications Technologies industry.
