Latisha serves in various roles as a liaison for the company, managing corporate and community issues, participating in civic affairs, and fostering economic development. Latisha is passionate about the relationships between critical infrastructure and people and has been involved in community and economic development for more than two decades.
Latisha is an engaged leader and has served on a diverse collection of boards such as the Washington State Transportation Commission, the local chapter of the American Planning Association, and an assortment of policy and business enhancement organizations.
Latisha has a Masters Degree in Urban & Regional Planning and B.A. in Communications.
Married to her high school sweetheart, Eric, the two enjoy dance parties with their eight year old son and restoring historic homes.
