Jessica Lennard

Previously a capital markets solicitor with City firm Linklaters LLP, Jessica entered politics in 2008 working on energy policy and communications on the staff of Greg Barker MP (Minister for Energy and Climate Change 2010-2014). She was a member of the Shadow Energy and Climate Change team and managed the Conservative Party’s ‘Climate Campaign’ out of Conservative Campaign Headquarters. Having subsequently headed up energy public affairs at the London office of global communications agency Edelman, she is now Head of Corporate Affairs at OVO Energy, one of the UK’s leading independent energy suppliers. Her experience spans the full spectrum of energy interests, from upstream natural resources and traditional generation, to clean tech, renewables and energy efficiency. Jessica is also a founding member of the Conservative Environment Network.
