Charlene Heydinger serves as the chairman of the board of the Texas PACE Authority and as the executive director of Keeping PACE in Texas, a trade association created to promote Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing in Texas. Ms. Heydinger is a public affairs strategist focused on meeting her clients’ legislative and regulatory needs.
Charlene worked on Capital Hill for over nine years and then as vice president and Washington counsel for ABC, Inc. for nine years. She also served as executive director of the Morton and Angela Topfer Family Foundation.
Ms. Heydinger is a member of the Texas, Washington, DC, and Michigan Bar Associations. She is married to Ted Heydinger, is the mother of two young adults and is active in church, school, neighborhood and Scout volunteer activities.
